 What Does Delayed Period Along With Bloating And Sore Breasts Indicate? 

My boyfriend and I are trying for a baby. I came off the birth control patch two months ago. We have been having unprotected sex once to twice a week. Up to three times a week when I m ovulating. About three weeks ago I started to feel different and get nausea, gas, headaches, good craving and my breasts were really tender. But on March 30th I had started my period. It went on to April 3rd. But even after coming off my period I am still having the same symptoms as before, along with bloating and my breasts feeling fuller. What does this mean?

I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it appears that you could have possibly conceived.
In case the delay in periods is more than a week, kindly take a urine pregnancy test, which would indicate about your pregnancy status.
You can confirm about the same by undertaking ultrasound scan as well.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist with the reports form clinical evaluation and appropriate advise regarding the same.
